Our Philosophy

Our team of specialists stands out for its professionalism and ability to promptly respond to any dental problem to all patients who step foot in our clinic. Evrika Dent Clinic offers a wide range of dental treatments, from prophylaxis, restorative dentistry to oral surgery and implantology, microscopic endodontics, dental prosthetics, periodontology, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry.

Oral surgery and implantology

The most common oral surgery procedure performed in the dental clinic is tooth extraction. This is usually required when the tooth suffers massive destruction caused by dental caries or excessive mobility in the case of periodontal disease.

A special situation is that of the wisdom tooth, which most often requires extraction due to disorders caused either by its destruction by caries or by its remaining embedded in the bone.

Subsequently, after the extraction of a tooth, depending on the patient's status and the need for prosthetics, one can opt for the insertion of a dental implant that will restore both the masticatory function and the aesthetic one.

Other oral surgery procedures involve the removal of cysts, apical granulomas, apical resections, interventions on other embedded teeth. Implantology is also a branch of oral surgery that replaces the “extracted root”.

Post-extraction indications

  • the over alveolar bandage will be maintained for one hour after extraction

  • on the day of extraction, a semi-liquid diet is recommended, at room temperature, chewing being done on the area opposite to the extracted tooth

  • dairy products, mouth rinsing and carbonated drinks should be avoided in the first days after extraction

  • light rinsing with mouthwash containing chlorhexidine can be performed after 1 day after extraction or you can use oral sprays with antiseptic properties

  • brushing will be performed the morning after the extraction day with gentle movements so as not to damage the extraction area

  • in the following days you may experience edema, pain, as well as difficulty opening the mouth

Endodontics under the microscope

Endodontics is the branch of dentistry that deals with the treatment of root canals. As the decay progresses, it can reach the nerve of the tooth, causing pain. Thus, it is necessary to intervene at the root canal level by removing the infected tissues and subsequently restoring the tooth. At Evrika Dent we offer endodontic treatment at the highest current standards using a dental microscope that provides doctors with “eagle eyes”.

Worldwide, in current practice, it is considered that a correct endodontic treatment can only be performed using a dental microscope. This involves magnification and illumination of the dental canal system, which allows the operator to observe even the smallest details inside the tooth. All of this increases the chances of success for a 100% correct treatment. It is said that the treatment of dental roots performed correctly from the first time provides the maximum longevity of a dental implant.

Orthodontics

Orthodontic treatment aims to align teeth and achieve a stable bite in order to guarantee both the correct functioning of the dental maxillary apparatus through efficient mastication and to obtain a pleasant smile without crowding or dental spacing.

Treatment of orthodontic conditions can be performed at almost any age using removable dental braces (in case of children) as well as a wide range of fixed orthodontic sets.

Although the duration of treatment extends over a longer period than other dental treatments, straightening teeth with orthodontic sets is a non-invasive and biological procedure, being recommended with confidence.

Periodontology and prophylaxis of periodontal disease

Periodontal disease is a dental condition, mainly caused by bacteria, which leads to the destruction of the tissues that hold the tooth in the bone, followed by tooth loss in the absence of treatment. This type of condition is closely linked to the general state of health, being influenced by certain diseases such as cardiovascular diseases or diabetes, but also by daily hygiene habits (brushing twice a day, using dental floss, mouthwash, and mouth shower significantly reduce the risk of periodontal disease).

Depending on the stage of the disease, treatment can be represented by periodic hygiene and curettage of diseased tissues from the root level to periodontal surgery.

Dental prosthetics

With the destruction or loss of teeth, prosthetic restoration is required to achieve efficient mastication of food and restore the aesthetic function of your smile.

Depending on each situation, current dental prosthetics offers a wide range of restorations that include both fixed and removable restorations.

Common fixed dental restorations include crowns, bridges, and highly sophisticated work such as dental veneers and inlays. Removable prosthetic work includes partial and full dentures.

We are waiting for you in our clinic to learn about the possible materials from which dental work/prostheses can be made.

Pediatric Dentistry

Evrika team believes that a visit to the dentist for children is particularly important and establishes how they will approach the dentist in adult life.

Children's first visit to the dentist should be made from the appearance of the first milk tooth, because the health of these temporary teeth will influence the health of permanent teeth and will avoid the appearance of dental problems in adulthood.

In a calm and friendly atmosphere, we offer quality dental services to children, as well as useful advice to parents for the possible prevention of their children’s dental diseases.
